Enjoying Life to the Fullest. At Ten Broeck Commons, it is our goal to provide not only the highest-quality care, but to offer each resident the opportunity to continue leading the same, full active lifestyle he or she did at home. That’s why activities with family and the community are the everyday heartbeat of Ten Broeck Commons. Our Recreation Department plans a full roster of weekly, monthly and annual events that keep residents engaged. From holiday festivities to birthday parties, from picnics to attending ballgames, residents enjoy a wide range of activities that keep them mentally and physically stimulated, while providing important social interaction and just plain fun.
Ten Broeck Commons Choir Releases Holiday CD. The Ten Broeck Commons Choir released “LIVE at the Hudson Valley Mall” their first recording for the general public. The choir has close to 35 members and has performed for the Kingston City School District, and also the City of Kingston Music Series the past year. The CD features numerous holiday songs and a splash of patriotic songs. You catch the true experience of a live performance as you feel like you’re part of the choir.
Songs such as “Jingle Bells”, “Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer”, and a blast back to the sixties as the choir does “My Girl” keep things moving.
You can purchase the CD for only $5.00 at the TBC Reception Desk. For more information call 845-594-3434.
